Traps alone don't work if the entry points stay open — our Ahuimanu, HI crew seals the building envelope while removing what's already inside. Rodents also gnaw on electrical wiring, which turns a nuisance problem into a genuine fire-safety concern if it goes unaddressed.
Rodent control here means construction-grade exclusion: hardware cloth, sealant, and door sweeps, applied by trained techs.

Exclusion is the permanent fix — trapping without sealing just clears the current population while leaving the door open for the next one.
Dry sweeping droppings can release airborne particles; it's safer to let the crew handle cleanup with the right protective equipment.
A typical job is a single day of work plus a short follow-up window to verify the population is gone.
